Who We Are
Chef Chris opened this crazy little dive bar in 2011. A decade later, in December 2021, Chef Marshall bought the restaurant from his father. While continuing to serve some of the fan-favorite Skaliwags classics, Son of Skaliwags now features original creations and unique dishes in an unassuming dive bar in the quaint town of Algoma, WI.
We pride ourselves on serving only the finest ingredients we can find. Our beef is prime and our Hawaiian seafood is as fresh as can be.
